I think this was originally left in because we sometimes add ButtonToXRPL instances to the homepage, depending on the current status of some features. But I guess with the new structure, that's not likely to happen in the future, so it makes sense to remove it.

ButtonToXRPL is imported but not used on this page. Removes unused import to keep the code clean.
